Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what you may and may not do when using HeyKiko. It supplements our Terms of Service and applies to everyone who uses the Service.
1. Prohibited content
You must not use the Service to create, upload, or distribute content that:
- Is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes others rights.
- Promotes violence, harassment, or discrimination.
- Contains malware or is designed to deceive or defraud.
- Provides regulated legal, financial, or medical advice without authority.
2. Prohibited activities
- Attempting to bypass safety guardrails or access controls.
- Probing, scanning, or disrupting the integrity of the Service.
- Reverse-engineering or scraping the platform.
- Using the Service to build a competing product without permission.
- Reselling or sublicensing access without authorisation.
3. Responsible AI use
You are responsible for the agents you deploy and the content you train them on. You must clearly disclose to end users that they are interacting with an AI assistant, and review AI output before relying on it.
4. Enforcement
We may investigate violations and may suspend or terminate access for conduct that breaches this policy. Serious violations may be reported to the relevant authorities.
