HeyKiko provides a platform for building, customising, and deploying AI agents that answer from content you supply. We may update, improve, or modify the Service over time.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You retain all rights to the content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to provide the Service to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload and use that content.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Break the law or infringe others' rights.
• Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the Service.
• Reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the platform.
• Generate unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content.

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing presented at purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated.

The Service, including its software and branding, is owned by HeyKiko and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you no rights to our marks except as needed to use the Service.

The Service is provided “as is.” While we ground answers in your content and apply safety guardrails, AI output may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it. We disclaim warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HeyKiko is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
